July Favorite Things

July Nursery Inspo!
This may not be red, white or blue, but we are loving the pops of green! This @kindercompagnie pic is the perfect combo of everything emerald for a little boy. The thing that catches our eye the most is the Stokke Tripp Trapp highchair! In this picture, it is being used as a desk chair but has the ability to change into several different positions. The emerald green toy car is also one of the cutest details that completes the big boy room!

Stoke created the Tripp Trapp highchair in 1972 when it was design by Peter Opsvik. His iconic design has become so  popular that this chair comes in 12 different colors and 2 different types of wood. Luckily, we have this design in the store in white but can order it for you in any color! Obviously, there are bright, bold colors like the emerald green or cherry red, but there are also more subtle and comfortable choices like the natural or chestnut wood. The best part about these chairs is that they are "the chair that grows with the child." Meaning that it is a highly adjustable chair because the seat and the footplate can move to different levels. Come check it out in the store to see for yourself how cool it is!

In the spirit of the Fourth of July, we found the cutest gender reveal! Blogger Amanda Miller Pond (@themilleraffect), shared her gender reveal story on her blog, which has us ooh-ing and ahh-ing. She speaks of this special moment in more detail, but basically she planned this surprise for her family super last minute. The fireworks started to go off and her family turned around to explosions of pink color in the air! Read more about the full story in Amanda's own words at http://themilleraffect.com/gender-reveal/
